Savings Tips - Using Call Back Cards
When you travel, many people bring along their mobile phones. What many do not realise is the extremely high cost of mobile roaming. For example, when you send or receive an SMS while you are overseas, it could cost you as much as fifty cents! Conversations on the phone could be even more costly. This depends on which country you are from and which country you are in at that moment.
One nice solution would be to purchase call back cards that will allow you to make calls back home at almost local rates. Of course, it will still be slightly more expensive than an actual local call; but the savings that you will see compared to paying international call rates.
Some folks even go to the extreme of not bringing along their phones and relying solely on call back cards. It is up to you, but this should save you enough money for a grand meal at the very least!
